This intermediate class teaches students how to make a panel lamp in the Mission or Prairie style.

Prerequisites   Prior glass cutting and copper foiling experience
Class Size   2 students
Class Sessions   Four 2-hour sessions plus "homework" dependent on complexity of student project
Upcoming Classes   Class dates and times are by arrangement. Please call or e-mail to add your name and availability to our list.
Tools and Materials   GlassWear, etc. provides use of the Morton Portable Glass Shop to simplify the cutting of geometrical shapes. GlassWear, etc. also provides the flux and patina required by the copper foil technique.

Students must provide their own glass cutting, foiling, and soldering tools as well as the solder, foil, glass, lamp base, and lamp hardware required to complete their projects. The lamp base and hardware can be ordered at a discount during the first class session.

Class Fee   $100 per student payable before or at the first class session.
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a space.
